Stuffing/Loading Inspection
KSI’s Operation departments conduct stuffing/loading inspection before shipment and produce inspection report on which we give assurance regarding product, carton and container appearance.
NOTE: the most important thing of this report, our staff takes the pictures of each stage of the loading from empty container to sailed container.
- Empty container picture: to insure the condition of the container, cleanness, temperature level etc.
- Cartons Pictures: to insure the cartons condition, should not be broken or damage, properly closed with the help of tap etc.
- Label Picture: As per the customer requirement, Label should pasted properly or carton marking.
- Open Carton Picture: For assurance or cross checking of product appearance grading, weight, no of blocks etc.
Certificate of Stuffing Supervision shows the following details:
- Product description / grading / sizes
- Product inspection date
- Container loading date
- Vessel sailed date
- B/L No# / Containers No#
- Product quality / grade
- Quantity in unit, net weight and gross weight
- Cartons Appearance
- Cartons layout
- Port of loading / Destination
- Packing Details
- Temperature maintained
