KSI’s Operation departments conduct product inspection before shipment and produce inspection report in which we give assurance to our customer that before loading we have inspected the product on the below mention criteria through internal and external inspection team.
It shows the following details:
- Product description / grading / sizes
- Packing
- Frozen Weight (grams / Kg)
- Thawed Weight (grams / Kg)
- Quantity of Piece (per Block / bag)
- Sizing / counting piece (per Block / bag)
- Discoloration skin pc (per Block / bag)
- Bad Odor Piece (per Block / bag)
- Skin Raptured piece (per Block / bag)
- Product Appearance
- Texture
- Under size
- Wastage Weight
- Dehydration (pcs/kg or inner packing)
- Water Glaze % (grams)
- Under size tube (for squid)
- Tube Color (for squid)
- Tube Weight (for squid)
- Pink Tube (for squid)
- Damage Tube (for squid)
- Tentacles Weight (for squid)
NOTE: The most important thing of this inspection, our staff takes the pictures of above mentioned each stage which are the essential part of the report. This report is send to the customer on priority basis for approval before shipments.
